Brother In The Land Summary Act VI Scenes (1-2)

Scene 1
Summary: 

The image of a cafe appears. The cafe is in ruins. Danny says that the cafe was not making any profits even before the bombs ruined it. Ben says that his stomach hurts and he is feeling uncomfortable. 

Scene 2
Summary: 

Ben is on the opposite side of the cafe, and Kim is inside, staring into the trap door. When Danny tries the trapdoor, it is locked. He tries to kick the door open. After several tries, he finally succeeds in releasing the trapdoor. He yells when he sees how much resources are inside. Rhodes enters suddenly and grabs Ben. When Danny tries to approach Rhodes through the trapdoor, he pulls out his gun and points it at Danny’s head. Rhodes then knocks Ben to the ground and begins making fun of Danny and Kim. Ben grabs a can and hurls it at Rhodes. When Rhodes’ head is struck, he briefly loses consciousness and stands still. he fires his gun manically. While Rhodes is unconscious, he discharges his gun, which sadly hits Ben. Both of them pass away instantly. Danny stares in utter horror at his dead brother. A flashback of Danny and Ben having fun occurs.
