During the school break, students are still making fun of the assembly and daily life is continuing as usual. The students are still not taking the warnings seriously and are totally unconcerned by the bomb threat. Danny’s friend Sophie invites him to her birthday celebration. But Andrew, a friend of Danny’s, is not invited. Maybe Sophie fancies Danny. This proves that people are going about their lives as usual and that they are only concerned with the here and now.
